For those of you who don't know me, I'm a self taught (and YouTube taught) baker. Eleventh Flour LLC resides in the Orlando area, where I've had about a year of professional experience under my belt under a previous business partnership.
Eleventh Flour LLC has been my hidden business entity for a while, however I've not been making desserts for purchase to the public for the majority of 2019. I've decided to give it a go and start small with my most impressive skill, macarons. I'll be taking macaron orders on a case by case basis and begin to see where the interest is in my goods and then potentially grow my offerings from there.
What you need to know about me
Beer, Dogs, Battlestar Galactica. Minus the Battlestar, plus Parks and Rec. You get it...
But also that this is my side biz, so remember that I have a full time job in between all the photo shoots, baking, crafting, email answering, etc.
